At the Christmas Market in Bolzano the scents of mulled wine and cakes mix with the sounds of Christmas music in a concert like no other.
The entertainment on weekends and in the churches in WaltherSquare in Bolzano will be the strong point of the event: traditional music, horn, marching bands, storytellers and narrators of fairy tales.
The traditional Christmas Market in Brixen will start November 26th at 5 pm with the arrival of the Angel of Christmas, followed by a procession of baroque angels.
The opening will be followed by the famous cut gingerbread. Musicians follow in traditional songs of Advent. On 29th November will be possible to have a special cancellation up to 4 pm.
Bolzano, one of the most important city in Trentino-Alto Adige, mountainous region of northern Italy. Around Christmas time, the historic center of this city comes alive with stalls of the oldest and most famous Christmas market in the peninsula.
From November 27 to December 23, Bolzano is transformed and as the sounds and colors of Christmas: Hundreds of lights illuminate the streets of downtown and the background we hear the traditional songs of Advent.
